We have many years of successful mediation experience dealing with a wide range of consumer issues. During our free, initial consultation - We evaluate the problem and give an educated estimate of the time needed to reach resolution. The interview's main purpose is gaining key information targeted towards increasing the probability of reaching a successful resolution quickly and efficiently while the consumer goes about their daily routine.
We know that saving money on costs while achieving a quick resolution is important therefore, in almost all cases, we will simply quote a flat fixed fee. The mediation fee is refundable if no acceptable resolution is achieved. This policy is our way of ensuring discipline and excellence in our services, without unexpected cost surprises.
C and C Consulting begins the process with a brief Q&A phone interview to learn about your needs and how you wish to resolve your debt issue. This brief interview allows us to evaluate if our services offers the best opportunity towards achieving a successful resolution or if the consumer may need assistance seeking other resolution options. To ensure someone is truly committed to the mediation process we may request a modest "Good Faith" deposit to start the process. Of course, any fees paid are completely refundable if no acceptable resolution is achieved.
We have a variety of convenient payment method options available. Some unique situations may call for a different approach to our fee arrangement. In such cases, we are open to being flexible.
